Dear Little B’s Construction Team,

We are thrilled to announce that the Open Enrollment Period for the upcoming plan year will begin on September 17th, 2025, and end on September 29th, 2025. This is your opportunity to review and select your benefits for the new plan year, which starts on October 1st, 2025.

This year, we have exciting updates to share about your benefits package, including richer medical plan benefits and lower costs for employees!

Medical Plan Highlights

We will continue to offer two medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma with the same provider network (Blue Advantage):

  • Platinum Plan:

    • Deductible reduced to 500 (previously 750)

    • Out-of-pocket maximum reduced to 1,250 (previously 2,000)

    • Lower payroll deductions for employees.

  • Gold Plan:

    • Lower payroll deductions for employees.

Important Note:The Silver Plan will no longer be offered. Employees currently enrolled in the Silver Plan will be automatically moved to the Gold Plan, which offers richer benefits with no increase to payroll deductions.

All other medical plan benefits remain similar to the current plans.

  • Each employee is covered for $25,000 of life and AD&D insurance, fully paid by Little B’s Construction.

  • Employees can purchase additional life insurance at their own expense. If enrolling for the first time or increasing coverage, you must complete the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) process.
